In March 2025, as co-lead counsel, Glasser secured a trial victory for memory module company Netlist in a suit against Samsung, which involves patents relating to computer memory technology. The jury returned its verdict in less than two hours agreeing with Netlist that Samsung breached an agreement to supply crucial NAND and DRAM memory products in exchange for a license to Netlist memory patents.
