After 17 years of working at midsize bi-coastal firms, Kathryn McCann decided to start the women and minority owned litigation boutique Annaguey McCann LLP with her friend and law partner, Maribeth Annaguey. Along with a third partner, they started the firm with the goal of engaging in a smaller, more client-focused practice. In just 10 months, the firm grew to five attorneys and three full-time staff, all colleagues from previous firms.
McCann’s entire legal career has been focused on representing national and global companies in large, complex and class action litigation in the areas of business, real estate, contracts, employment and entertainment. She has a long track record of securing favorable outcomes for her clients in trial, arbitration, mediation and motion practice.
