Allison Libeu has been instrumental as lead or co-lead counsel in securing some of Hueston Hennigan’s most significant trial and arbitration victories, and many of her results have been precedent setting. She litigates high-stakes business disputes across a variety of areas, including business torts, contracts, class actions, securities fraud and trade secrets.
Among a string of big wins in the past couple of years, Libeu co-led teams that secured half-billion in damages for Monster Energy in a pair of trials against rival energy drink company VPX, involving claims that included false advertising, trade secrets theft and trademark infringement. The damages included a verdict that is believed to be the largest Lanham Act award in history, and one that is among the largest trademark awards ever.
