With over two decades in the industry, she also has extensive experience as an outsourced CFO, and in tax structuring, business succession planning, capital advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence for buy/sell transactions.
On currently serves as chairman of the Board for the Asian Pacific Community Fund and vice chair of the California Hospital Medical Center Foundation Board. She also sits on the Advisory Board for TAG Alliance.
