At RBZ, Ordeneaux helped grow the firm from a small West Los Angeles practice into a 175-person powerhouse, widely recognized for its employee-first philosophy and exceptional retention — achieving zero turnover for multiple years. When RBZ merged with Armanino in 2015, Ordeneaux played a critical role in guiding the transition and has since been instrumental in expanding Armanino’s nonprofit practice throughout Southern California and beyond.
