Samantha Botros (Associate) represents and counsels employers and management in many aspects of employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, privacy issues, and California wage and hour matters. She received her J.D. the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Alex Baghdassarian (Partner) focuses his practice on construction contract administration, development agreements, and claims and litigation, including construction defects and delays, and claims involving defaults and terminations. Alex handles binding arbitrations and jury and bench trials in Federal and State Court, and represents clients in Northern and Southern California. He is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, on the Legal Affairs Committee of AGC California, and participates in the Southern California Development Forum. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California.

Alexa Galloway (Associate) focuses her practice on labor and employment matters representing employers in claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour violations in both state and federal court. She received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Morgan Gray (Associate) concentrates her practices on a hybrid of matters including complex tax issues, tax opinions, and tax controversy as well as mergers and acquisitions, nonprofit organizations, general corporate law matters, and some litigation matters. She received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her LL.M., Tax, from Loyola Law School.

Alex Grigorians (Partner) focuses his practice on commercial real estate and finance transactions, representing private and public banks, debt funds, equity funds, and special services along with investors, developers, and operators on a full-range of commercial real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, equity investments, syndications, development, leasing, note purchases, receiverships, workouts, and foreclosures across all real estate asset classes. He received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School.

Kent Grover (Associate) is an accomplished litigator representing Fortune 500 companies, corporations, individuals in complex general liability and health care professional liability matters involving high-exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death, and business litigation matters. Kent sits on the Barristers Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Bianca Ko (Associate) focuses her practice on a range of tax issues, including international income tax planning, domestic and international estate planning, California property tax, and nonprofit organizations. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Alene Taber (Counsel) represents businesses, land developers, citizen groups, and government agencies before planning commissions, city councils, administrative hearing boards, and in federal and state court on matters such as CEQA/NEPA, air quality compliance, Colorado River and Owens Lake issues, greenhouse gas emission and climate change, groundwater/soil contamination, and Proposition 218 fees and other exactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alene was a city planner for the City of Carson and Southern California Association of Governments, and an air quality regulator for the South Coast Air Quality Management District. She has a Certificate in Hazardous Materials Management from UCI and was a certified planner, AICP (1990-2014). She received her J.D. from Whittier Law School and has more than 35 years-experience in the environmental and land use profession.

Rachel Vinson (Associate) focuses her practice on wage and hour class action cases in complex state and federal court litigation. She received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.

April Yang (Associate) focuses her practice on healthcare law and related litigation, including representing clients in complex civil and administrative matters involving provider reimbursement and payment disputes, medical staff proceedings, and state and federal regulatory compliance. She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
