Jeff Najjar has been elected a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, effective January 1. A member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice, he represents banks, private credit providers, and corporate borrowers on a range of complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based and working capital facilities, REIT credit facilities, and crossborder financings.
