Ted Bantle has been elected a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, effective January 1. A member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice, he advises financial institutions, private capital providers, and corporate borrowers on acquisition financings in the private credit and syndicated loan markets, as well as fund finance transactions and other financing matters.
