Stover
HNTB has named Shawn Stover, PE, as senior project manager based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Stover is transitioning into his new role to support clients in Southern California, including the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s Locally Generated Alternative project. He is actively working with the Authority to develop procurement packages for construction and working with project teams to ensure the effective and timely delivery of project deliverables.

Muhammad Ali, PE, has joined HNTB as senior project manager for aviation infrastructure. Based in the firm’s LAX office in Los Angeles, Ali will play a key role in supporting airport projects for clients throughout the West, bringing his extensive expertise to enhance the region’s aviation infrastructure and deliver high-impact solutions.
