LATITUDE 33 PLANNING, ENGINEERING & SURVEYING WELCOMES TWO NEW LA LEADERS
As Latitude 33 Planning, Engineering & Surveying continues to expand throughout Los Angeles, the firm has welcomed Rebecca Wanders as Director of Business Development and George Harlow as Sr. Project Manager. Founded in 1993, Latitude 33 provides public sector planning, land use planning, public outreach, entitlement services, civil engineering design, and surveying/mapping to public agencies, developers, and property owners. The firm’s breadth of expertise includes aviation, life sciences, residential, education, healthcare, military, commercial/retail, civic, hospitality, and design-build projects.
Latitude 33’s Los Angeles office hosts the firm’s Aviation Studio, which serves local airports, the landside improvements at LAX T5, and the New Terminal for Hollywood Burbank Airport. The firm recently won a design-build competition for Los Angeles Community College District’s Heldman Center at West Los Angeles College, and continues its partnership with UCLA at Sunset Canyon Recreation Center and West Valley Medical Center. In addition to numerous K-14 and higher education developments, Latitude 33 has work in private markets with Langham Hotels, affordable housing with HumanGood, healthcare work at the Los Angeles VA, and defense and space developments at Port Hueneme and Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Wanders
Rebecca Wanders brings 15 years of experience in design, project management, and business development. With a master’s degree in Interior Architecture, she has worked for some of the nation’s most prominent architecture firms, including Gensler and SmithGroup, offering a holistic approach to business development. Rebecca has a particular expertise in client strategy, team collaboration, and offers invaluable project delivery insight. She holds her NCIDQ certification, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Southern California Development Forum.
Harlow
George Harlow, Sr. Project Manager, brings over 10 years of experience in land development, including healthcare, higher education, and aviation projects. He has supported infrastructure improvements, stormwater management, and master planning for sites in LA County, Santa Monica, and Malibu.
