Over the past five years, Joe has been instrumental in developing Morton Wealth’s Strategist offering, a unique service that helps business owners make smart decisions as they build wealth and prepare for a business transition or sale.
Joe has been named one of the 200 most influential leaders in the Greater San Fernando Valley Region by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for five consecutive years. He is also the recipient of the Trailblazer Award by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. Additionally, he is a Certified Financial PlannerÒ, Certified Exit Planning AdvisorÒ, and a Group Leader in ProVisors. He founded the Conejo Valley chapter of the Exit Planning Institute, which serves as a forum for advisors to collaborate on the needs of the local community, develop educational programs for business owners, and better prepare owners for the successful exit of their businesses. Joe is also a part of the Exit Planning Institute Faculty. In 2025, he was named Exit Planner of the Year, received EPI’s Thought Leader of the Year Award in 2024, and recognized as EPI’s Member of the Year in 2023.
Joe and his wife, Jennifer, live in Westlake Village with their two daughters and their goldendoodle, Abby.
