After winning a complete defense verdict on behalf of multinational conglomerate 3M in its second bellwether trial in the largest class-action MDL in history, Elizabeth jumped on a plane the same day to join another Kirkland team in Oakland, California, in a trial where Kirkland won a $30 million verdict for client LivePerson, Inc. Three months later, she returned to Pensacola, Florida, and obtained yet another complete defense verdict on behalf of 3M. There are few attorneys that have handled as many trials in so short of time as Elizabeth.
