Debra E. Pole, an award-winning trial attorney with extensive jury trial experience in federal and state courts involving mass tort litigation, class action and complex litigation, leads the Sidley team that for years has represented Johnson & Johnson as trial counsel in its talc-related product liability litigation, and has obtained successes for our client over the years.
Pole is a partner in Sidley’s Los Angeles Litigation group and a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She trains, supervises, and manages lawyers and paraprofessionals in the Los Angeles Products Liability and Mass Torts practice and is recognized globally as a leader in the products liability area. She is perhaps best known for supervising numerous defense law firms, both domestically and internationally, involved in complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Throughout her career, Pole has played a major role in many high profile trials and registered important victories.
