Michael Brody has devoted 20 years to representing businesses in legal disputes involving employment litigation matters. Brody litigates a broad range of employment and business matters in both state and federal court, as well as in administrative proceedings. He represents businesses at all stages of litigation, from the initial claim through trial and in alternative dispute resolution, consistently securing major wins for his clients.
One example of a successful case where Brody was lead counsel was a jury trial in Santa Barbara County Superior Court in which a female employee claimed disability discrimination, wrongful termination and related causes of action against her former employer, a law firm. After two days of deliberation, the jury returned a complete defense verdict on behalf of Brody’s client.
