Yoni Tuchman focuses on representing sponsors of leading venture capital, private equity and real estate fund products in their global fundraising activities, investments, operations and exits. Tuchman has built a leading emerging manager fund formation practice, which includes a sizable component of diverse and underrepresented managers, having advised upward of a dozen such firms in their initial fund formations this past year.
Tuchman’s emerging manager practice includes sponsors that are founded by seasoned investors spinning out of more established firms, groups that are led by founders who have come together from disparate other successful backgrounds to build an investment management firm, and dozens of other no less noteworthy sponsors who are building first generation investment management platforms and are reshaping the investment fund landscape. This past year, Tuchman has advised more than 35 emerging managers in their fund formations.
