During the past 12 months, his 2023 sale of 210 Marguerita Ave. for over $15 million set a new bar for a spec house in the prime north of Montana, west of 7th pocket. In 2020 he represented the buyer of the highest-priced transaction in Brentwood for $25.8 million.
