With over 25 years of experience in public accounting and deep expertise in private foundations, her leadership has helped establish GHJ as a trusted advisor in the private foundation space that is known for both technical excellence and personalized guidance.
Yan specializes in audit, accounting and consulting services for private foundations, museums and nonprofit organizations. She advises mission-driven organizations with a depth of business acumen. This is because she began her career in corporate accounting, which allowed her to gain valuable experience in both privately held and public companies. As a bilingual professional with global experience, she brings an inclusive and international lens to her work in philanthropy.
