Rachel Grose has devoted her professional career to strengthening Los Angeles’ nonprofit community and expanding access to financial opportunity. As executive director of Jewish Free Loan Association (JFLA), she leads a 122 yearold nonprofit built on a distinctive model: providing zero-interest, zerofee loans to individuals and families who may not qualify for traditional financing, helping borrowers address critical needs while preserving dignity and promoting self-sufficiency.
Grose joined JFLA more than two decades ago and was named executive director in 2017. Her progression through the organization reflects the breadth of her leadership. She has worked across fundraising, program development, donor relations, board development, technology, marketing and organizational strategy, while helping advance JFLA’s mission of providing equitable access to clean capital.
