Frances Kallman is the managing partner of Kallman + Logan & Company LLP (KLCO), a mid-sized Los Angeles CPA firm located in Brentwood. She believes in the importance in keeping the firm nimble by thinking outside of the box.
Under Kallman’s leadership and that of her late husband, Andrew, the firm has grown from a few people in 1997 to more than 40 today. The firm provides services to clients primarily in the real estate, entertainment, manufacturing and distribution industries with an emphasis on tax compliance, sophisticated tax planning and tax controversy matters, including significant experience in foreign tax disclosure matters. The firm is proud of the fact that diversity and inclusion has never been an initiative but has been a “way of life” for KLCO, where 17 languages are spoken, and over 60% of the firm’s professional and administrative staff are minorities and women.
