Winston Hsiao is an instrumental member of the Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP award-winning Los Angeles litigation group. He is the first API litigation partner in the history of Skadden’s Los Angeles office and just the third API partner in the history of the office across all practice groups.
