Sabrina Narain is a formidable litigator who became the first female partner at her past firm within three years. As managing partner at LTL Attorneys, she spearheads the firm’s consumer protection litigation practice. In less than a year, she has dramatically expanded the firm’s practice by attracting and nurturing junior attorneys and a robust support staff.
In her legal practice, Narain acts as lead counsel on matters involving consumer protection, employment, general liability, and business litigation in state, federal, and arbitration proceedings from inception through trial. She has extensive experience across all facets of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, trial preparation, appearances, and post-judgment proceedings. She specializes in defending breach of warranty, fraud and product liability cases.
