Nicole Janigian Simonian has more than 25 years of experience advising on market entry and global business expansion, operations, and dispositions worldwide. Since 2019, she has served as co-chair of Crowell’s International Trade Group and lead of the International Employment and Global Mobility practice, which she founded over 18 years ago at her prior firm. In addition to her legal practice, she is active in the firm’s Transportation Group and Investigation Team.
Simonian was a founding member of the firm’s COVID-19 Working Group. She advised multinational companies on compliance with US and international laws and regulations affecting employers.
