Esther Cho is the partner-incharge at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young’s Long Beach office and co-chair of the firm’s securities litigation and enforcement practice. With over 20 years of experience in securities and regulatory law, she is committed to achieving successful outcomes for her clients.
As a seasoned litigator, Cho has successfully represented prominent financial services institutions in hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts, as well as before securities arbitration forums such as Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, New York Stock Exchange and American Arbitration Association. She is also highly skilled in mortgage banking matters, adeptly handling complex issues including loan origination and servicing disputes, wrongful foreclosure claims, unfair business practices, and compliance matters.
