Elected a partner at Hueston Hennigan LLP in January 2024, Brittani Jackson represents clients in matters ranging from commercial contract disputes, privacy issues and trade secret misappropriation, to shareholder activism, issues of corporate governance, antitrust and securities litigation. She has also represented clients in investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and various state attorneys general and has spearheaded numerous internal corporate investigations.
Jackson regularly plays a critical role in the firm’s highest stakes matters, many of which garner press nationally and around the globe. She’s currently representing Amazon subsidiary Twitch, which is facing wrongful death and other claims relating to a fatal shooting spree in New York. She is also defending Activision Blizzard as a target of mass arbitration.
