Ankush Dhupar is of counsel in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is a key member of the firm’s longstanding labor practice group. He has been practicing traditional labor throughout his career, with extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and responding to unfair labor practice charges, election petitions, and organizing campaigns.
Dhupar has represented employers in multiple unfair labor practice cases, including cases that have involved lengthy administrative trials. He has also represented employers on appeal before the NLRB in Washington, DC, and the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. With a national increase in union activity, Dhupar works with the new generation of management-side leaders positioned at the cutting-edge of labor law, representing some of the country’s largest employers.
