After time spent teaching middle and high school math, Alesha Dominique found her calling in intellectual properly litigation during law school, and the pursuit of her passion would teach her more about self-advocacy and making room for her well-deserved seat at the table.
Today, Dominique is a partner in Norton Rose Fullbright, with a practice focusing on trademark, false advertising and unfair competition, copyright and patent matters. She has represented clients before federal district courts, the US International Trade Commission, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has worked on several matters such as litigation involving trade dress infringement and counterfeiting claims, and right of publicity claims involving the use of artificial intelligence.
