Since 2018, Katherine Baudistel, a Santa Monica-based partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, has been a key force behind the growth and development of the firm’s Private Equity practice on the WestCoast. One of the first partners to relocate to Goodwin’s new Santa Monica office shortly after its opening in 2019, Baudistel’s work has been integral to Goodwin’s establishment as aleading firm in the region, and has helped the office expand from a small team of lawyers to nearly 120 legal professionals today.
A versatile advisor, Baudistel focuses her practice on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as technology startups in connection with mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment transactions.
