Pryor Cashman LLP
Thomas H. Vidal is a first-chair trial lawyer who is frequently retained in high-stakes governance and enterprise disputes where control, ownership, or reputation is at risk. A partner in Pryor Cashman’s Litigation practice, he has spent more than twenty-five years representing founders, CEOs, investors, entrepreneurs, executives and high-net-worth individuals in complex disputes that often escalate beyond conventional settlement dynamics and must be prepared for trial from the outset.
Vidal has secured significant victories in courts across the country. Most recently, he obtained a $26 million judgment—including $15 million in punitive damages—in federal court in the Eastern District of New York in an elder abuse, fraud, and legal malpractice case involving the loss of control over a valuable property asset.
