Laura Washington is the global vice chair of Latham & Watkins’ Complex Commercial Litigation Practice. She is a member of the Entertainment Sports & Media Practice. She represents clients in complex business disputes and intellectual property litigation.
Washington has been praised for her creative and strategic approach to litigation. Her wide-ranging litigation experience includes pre-litigation counseling, trial, and appellate work. She has extensive motion and discovery experience, has conducted internal investigations, and has managed crisis responses.
