With over twenty years of combined experience as a trial attorney and business executive, Adam Kamenstein is a skilled litigator who specializes in corporate white-collar defense, internal investigations, and complex litigation.
Kamenstein has served as lead trial counsel in more than thirty federal and state trials. He has also successfully argued numerous cases before both federal and state appellate courts. His approach to representing clients is enhanced by his extensive business background. Previously, as a federal prosecutor in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, Kamenstein served as deputy chief of the Office’s Government Fraud, Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section.
