Jared W. Slater is a partner in the Litigation and Employment Departments at ECJ, where he brings a sharp, results-driven approach to complex defense litigation. His practice primarily focuses on defending employers against a wide range of labor and employment actions, navigating individual and class action claims involving wage and hour violations, harassment and discrimination. In addition to his employment defense work, Slater devotes a significant portion of his practice to professional liability, defending professionals against claims brought by former clients.
A seasoned litigator, Slater possesses substantial courtroom experience across legal malpractice, employment, and personal injury actions. Prior to joining ECJ, he established a track record of securing complete defense verdicts.
