Philip Bonoli of BG Law is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in a wide array of employment matters, including wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, tort claims, and contractual matters. He also regularly represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Labor Standards
Enforcement.
As the co-managing partner of BG Law, Bonoli is involved in the day-to-day administration of the firm. As part of his duties and responsibilities, he is required to ensure that there is open communication between management, attorneys, and staff to allow for the efficient operation of the firm and its business. He has been a litigator his entire career.
