Talin Espinoza is vice president of business development, leading Flatiron’s business development efforts for the Southern California, Northern California, Washington and Colorado districts. She has 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. Espinoza brought to Flatiron knowledge, expertise and industry contacts — but most importantly an enthusiasm for long-term success through sustained relationships with clients.
Espinoza is responsible for developing strong client relationships and a pipeline of work throughout the western United States. She is on the board of directors for Associated General Contractors of California, International
Partnering Institute and WTS Los Angeles. She is past president of the Southern California Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America. Espinoza is a co-founder of the Beavers’ Women in Heavy Civil. She was recently recognized by the San Diego Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar, which honored Espinoza with its 2023 Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award.
