Megan Fairley is highly regarded by her clients, project partners and colleagues for her impressive track record of success and accomplishment. As an integrated design manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Fairley has a passion for bringing a creative approach to all components of a project. Over her nine-year career, she has successfully delivered large, highly technical multi-million-dollar projects that were long-term complex endeavors. She leads the integrated design pursuit processes through the permitting phase, working closely with the pre construction, operations and design teams to provide insightful feedback when evaluating, developing and implementing constructible solutions from the documents prepared by the design and engineering teams.
Currently, Fairley is responsible for managing design risks and opportunities, working with the estimating team to maintain budget and design throughout the project, developing and monitoring expectations for schedule and quality, and working with the business development team to form narratives and strategy.
