Jaimie Turner is currently the business manager for Turner Construction Company’s Southern California region. She provides operational leadership, business management and a strategic plan for sustained long-term growth throughout the Southern California region. Combining her prior experience in project management and engineering, Turner understands the importance of the carefully executed plans for complex projects.
Less than a year after taking the position of Turner SPD division manager, Turner helped triple sales in the region, while also using her knowledge of the local market to help Turner’s Southern California office win an $80 million ground-up higher education project in downtown Los Angeles. Under her leadership, Turner SPD delivered 20 highly successful projects in just four years. Promoted to business manager in 2023, Turner uses her management and organizational skills to deliver high-quality projects to clients. Her proactive approach has earned her an excellent reputation with owners and design firms.
