As community & citizenship director for Turner Construction Company’s Southern California region, Brittney Parkinson is committed to making positive changes within the local construction industry and the communities in which the company builds.
Parkinson started her construction career as an integral member of the New York Business Unit, involved in various projects and roles since joining Turner in 2007. After years of leading an Employee Resource Group, she realized her passion for the impact Turner makes in the community. This prompted a transition to be a leader in the Corporate Social Responsibility space. Parkinson’s commitment to community and educational outreach is rooted in the belief that service is an essential part of good corporate citizenship. After two years in the Community & Citizenship department, Parkinson was offered an opportunity to relocate to Turner’s Southern California business unit.
