Virginia Milstead has a broad commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on securities class actions and shareholder and M&A litigation, representing clients in both federal and state courts. Clients call on Milstead for her expertise about both the law and their businesses, her intensity of effort and the quality of her results.
She has also advised clients on matters involving duties of corporate directors, civil RICO, unfair business practices, and various other contract and tort claims. Currently, she is playing a leading role in representing Zillow Group, Inc. and certain of its directors and officers in securities litigation and several stockholder derivative actions asserting claims under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Washington law.
