He is regularly called upon to assist leading renewable energy clients in cutting-edge, sophisticated transactions, with a particular focus on power hedges. As part of his practice, Lynch plays leading roles in many significant matters for key renewable industry players. Recent examples include leading the representations for Excelsior Energy Capital in a multiyear agreement with Fluence Energy to develop 2.2 GWh of battery energy storage system infrastructure in markets across the United States.
Lynch regularly serves as a mentor to many junior LGBTQ+ lawyers and participates in the firm’s recruiting efforts at the LGBTQ+ Bar’s annual Lavender Law conference.
