For the past 17 years, Cynthia Sun has been practicing law as a litigator in the areas of general liability, personal injury, product liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and consumer fraud. She has held partnership roles at two of the most prominent minority-owned law firms in Los Angeles, including her current firm, LTL Attorneys, in which she acts as lead counsel for consumer warranty matters.
Sun has experience with all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, trial, post-judgment litigation, and appeals. Her knack for detail and ability to utilize California law allows her to aggressively defend automakers in motions to compel arbitrations, motions for judgment on the pleadings, motions for summary judgment and adjudication, and opposing fee motions.
