Throughout his 15-year career with Vedder Price, Clay Thomas has become a pivotal member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team. Thomas counsels a variety of clients including international banks and other financial institutions, major airline carriers, equipment manufacturers, borrowers, lenders, lessors, lessees and other debt and equity investors engaged in debt, equity and lease financings and various secured and unsecured lending transactions including capital markets and private placement transactions.
A certified public accountant, prior to joining Vedder Price, Thomas served as a tax accountant in a public accounting firm concentrating on corporate, partnership and international taxation matters. He is also a member of the firm’s Associate Evaluation and Associate Hiring committees.
