Recently, Chatham co-lead the Manatt team representing Megan Roup and The Sculpt Society in a lawsuit alleging copyright and Lanham Act violations, breach of contract and unfair competition. The court sided with Roup and dismissed all copyright claims and unfair competition claims in addition to granting Roup’s anti-SLAPP motion.
