Adynamic leader at Clark Hill, Bradford Hughes leads the firm’s Transportation Practice Group and is deputy member-in-charge of the Los Angeles office. Hughes also serves as Clark Hill’s litigation business unit leader, directly responsible for the recruitment and retention of attorneys across the firm’s 31 offices.
Hughes represents clients in state and federal courts across the United States in complex litigation related to business disputes, goods transportation and catastrophic injury claims. He counsels businesses regarding California’s complicated litigation and regulatory framework with a focus on helping clients identify and mitigate risk. In addition to leading a team of more than a dozen attorneys managing hundreds of active litigations, he serves as chair of the Trucking Law Committee for the Defense Research Institute.
