Bethany Kristovich is known for her ability to resolve bet-the-company cases, having led defenses against multimillion and billion-dollar claims brought against clients from various industries. A go-to lawyer in times of crisis, she represents some of the nation’s largest companies, private equity firms and law firms in their most sensitive matters.
Kristovich brings a trial-lawyer’s sense to developing a case strategy, and has counseled clients through appeals of adverse judgments, including arguments at the California Court of Appeal. She is co-chair of the firm’s class action practice group and professional liability defense group. Since joining Munger Tolles, Kristovich has had a counsel-table role at numerous high-stakes trials and arbitrations and been called upon to defend against numerous applications for preliminary injunction.
