Anna Tang serves as the co-chair of Nossaman’s Corporate Group. She represents and advises emerging and established companies through a broad range of industries as transactional and general corporate counsel with respect to a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and negotiations and corporate governance.
Tang works closely with clients at all stage of the business lifecycle, from setting up and buying a business through restructuring, disposing of businesses and assets and winding down a business. Her representation includes entity formation, negotiating, drafting and reviewing all forms of commercial agreements, purchase agreements, joint venture, and other forms of equity agreements.
