Amber Maltbie is a leading campaign finance and election law attorney in California and throughout the country, advising a diverse range of clients on the complex intersection between high impact advocacy and federal, state and local regulations. Her clients include elected officials, exempt organizations, corporations, political action committees, ballot measures and individuals seeking to influence the political process.

A leader in the field of campaign finance and election law, Maltbie serves on the American Bar Association’s standing committee on Election Law, chairs the policy subcommittee and co-chairs the Campaign Finance Working Group. This year, she was appointed to the California Political Attorneys Association board of directors.
