He has spent his near-20-year commercial real estate career honing his skills and building a prolific portfolio at Colliers. With expertise in national tenant expansion and representation of principals, operators and occupiers across a wide spectrum of real estate needs, he has been involved in well over 360 transactions, exceeding more than $630 million in total consideration.
Blecksmith is part of the Colliers team that facilitated the $209 million disposition of the 30-acre former Smithfield/Farmer John plant in Vernon, CA, in 2023. He also represented PickUp USA Fitness in their national expansion across 36 leases in 21 states.
