Adam Tischer specializes in investment properties with value-add and redevelopment components. He represents private, corporate investment and developer clients in the Greater Los Angeles region. With proven expertise and success spanning all asset types, including office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, and land, Tischer has completed well over $500 million in transaction value throughout his 18-year career, 14 of which he has spent at Colliers.
In December 2023, Tischer partnered with Carolwood LP on their acquisition of the iconic Aon Center. The group purchased the 1.1 million-square-foot office tower for $147.8 million. At the time of completion, the transaction marked the largest post-pandemic office sale in Downtown Los Angeles and the only tower to trade over one million square feet since 2020.
