An accomplished land use lawyer and trusted advisor, Elizabeth Camacho plays an intricate role in urban development projects, helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks at the state and local levels. She has substantial experience on a wide range of project types and sizes, including multi-family housing, mixed-use, educational and religious institutions, hospital and medical uses, studios, and industrial uses, among others. Camacho is frequently sought out by clients for her deep experience in successfully guiding matters involving the California Environmental Quality Act, the Subdivision Map Act, the California Coast-al Act, and the Housing Accountability Act.
