Stephanie Hurst has played a key role in the expansion of the firm’s M&A practice, client roster as well as increasing the diversity of the Los Angeles office. She has worked on dozens of innovative and complex deals involving multiple jurisdictions and in evolving and emerging areas including tech and Environmental, Social, and Governance. Hurst is also working with VC firms on their investments in diverse and underrepresented businesses as well as family offices identifying potential investment opportunities in start-ups located in key venture capital and growth spaces in California, including Silicon Beach and Silicon Valley. She is passionate about pro bono having logged more than 1,700 hours since she started at the firm in 2011. She also plays a pivotal role in summer associate recruiting.
