Susan Leader, co-chair of Paul Hastings’ Complex Litigation and Arbitration practice, has added further depth to the firm’s litigation department since joining the firm in 2023. She not only has extensive experience leading complex litigation matters for some of the world’s largest companies but also sitting first chair when trying those cases before a judge, jury or arbitrator. Since joining the firm, Leader has demonstrated that her litigation capabilities also extend across industries and sectors, obtaining victories for clients in the entertainment, tech, and energy spaces, just to name a few. What sets Leader apart is not just her role as a first-chair trial lawyer‚ but her ability to practice in nearly any arena, including most recently a federal criminal trial.
